how to send legal notice to packers and movers for non payment against settlement of goods damage? i have recently shifted with the help of a agarwal packers and movers company. As they had damaged a lot of my products and it was insured, the claim settlement was decided to be Rs 4400 mutually between both parties. Ever since they have been delaying the payment. They gave a cheque after a month which bounced due to insufficient funds! I want to know what legal actions can i take against them and what charges can i press against them? and what is it going to cost me?
